Join the home for entrepreneurs! Your role in our team You will support a complex production flow through the manufacturing area based on effective machine utilization and product scheduling. You will evaluate, recommend, and implement complex equipment maintenance programs to ensure all production targets are achieved. You will participate in maintaining adequate spare part inventories and initiate stock replenishment programs as needed. You will support the planning and supervising the execution of contractor work orders in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will participate in supervising complex shipping of products, equipment, and supplies. You will support and maintain an efficient receiving system, including incoming inspection systems, to accommodate both present and future raw material receiving needs. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the group to ensure a smooth workflow. You will ensure impact of decisions on business operations is direct and moderate. You will develop departmental budgets. You will perform work in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols. You will identify resource needs and suggest justification. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Your profile You have a Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or advanced degree, where required. Certification may be required in some areas. You demonstrate a knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for supervised work group(s). You demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action. You have about 15-years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above.
