The Vice President of Technology Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, including but not limited to IT operations, network management, security, and technology strategy development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex technology systems. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technology department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all systems Manage and lead a team of technology professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support as needed Establish and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that could improve efficiency and productivity Ensure the security of all technology systems and data, implementing appropriate measures to protect against cyber threats and breaches Develop and manage the technology department budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in technology, and assess their potential impact on the company Experience 7+ years of experience in technology management, with a proven track record of success in leading technology teams and implementing complex technology solutions Strong understanding of IT operations, network management, security, and technology strategy development Office365 and Microsoft Azure experience Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to develop and manage budgets and resources effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
