Due to demand and growth, we are looking for a VP of Sales to join our team. Ideally seeking someone with at least 10 years of sales experience, preferably with B2B, SaaS and/or AI and a few years of management experience. If you are familiar with AI, commerce, leading and developing teams, we want to talk to you! Can sit remotely in: NY, MA, FL ,TX, CA, OR and WA What You Will Be Doing Creating and implementing a strategic sales plan will help you generate greater revenue while continuously achieving and exceeding your goals
Lead, inspire, and coach a group of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives in order to develop a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with business objectives
Sales planning and strategy: Identify target markets, client categories, and important value propositions as you define and fine-tune your sales plan
Implementing and improving sales procedures and playbooks while utilizing technology and data-driven insights to increase productivity and effectiveness
Customer Acquisition: In order to ensure a seamless handoff between marketing and sales, work with the product and marketing teams to discover and develop new customer acquisition opportunities
Manage the sales pipeline while measuring and analyzing important KPIs to increase conversion rates and pipeline velocity
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain ties with important clients and business partners to develop long-term collaborations and increase client satisfaction.
Market insights: To inform sales plans and keep a competitive edge, keep up with market dynamics, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
