As of the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will be the primary company representative in Dallas, Oklahoma City, & Phoenix, as well as assisting in the opening of offices in San Antonio & Tampa/Fort Lauderdale.
Responsibilities: Manage and lead sales team and maintain sales operations Outline and manage sales budgets Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals Monitor the market and competitor products and activities Provide detailed sales forecasting Identify improvements and develop sales plans and strategies Manage key accounts Develop sales initiatives, promotions, and specials Directly oversee managers, sales, and recruiting teams with 25 individuals directly reporting to you Qualifications 8+ years experience Knowledge of Ultra Staff a plus Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions associated with the position Proven growth and leadership skills. Consistently promotes a positive culture and supports and is an example to those around them. Makes positive impression on others that will enhance the company's brand and reputation Skilled listener Has a driver's license and will travel by car, or plane as required in the performance of their duties, Can perform work requirements outside of normal work hours, including overnight travel Must be physically capable of meeting documentation and data entry expectations Consistently brings new ideas to management on strategy for growth, thinks outside the box, and willing to accept and adapt to feedback. Ability to negotiate contracts and bill rates Comfortable walking onto construction sites wearing steel toed boots and a hard hat MUST be resourceful to uncover upcoming construction projects within their territory to pass off to sales reps
