As a key leader in our company, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with the CFO to refine financing strategies and support overall corporate financial goals.
Manage financial operations, including complex project finances, regular finance reporting, and budget oversight for all company entities.
Lead financial aspects of acquisitions and strategic initiatives, including relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
Ensure accurate and timely financial and tax reporting at all organizational levels.
Champion the integration of new systems and technologies to improve financial processes.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team focused on operational excellence and strategic insight.
Enhance inter-departmental communications and participate in cross-functional teams to support company-wide projects.
Maintain compliance with accounting and finance regulations.
Who We're Looking For:
A strategic thinker with a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA highly preferred).
At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in finance management, preferably in real estate development, acquisition, or property management.
A proven leader capable of managing diverse teams and complex financial projects.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on team collaboration and fostering professional development.
Tech-savvy with experience in property management accounting software, such as Yardi or Rent Manager.
