We're seeking a strategic and experienced VP of Marketing to join our executive leadership team and spearhead our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for increasing our visibility within the enterprise lifecycle marketing community, generating qualified leads for our sales team, and collaborating closely with our sales and customer success teams to enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the company's overall marketing strategy, encompassing both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent flow of high-quality leads to fuel the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain a strong community of supporters who can provide warm introductions to the sales team (advisory board, investor network, etc.).
- Collaborate with the sales team to support ongoing conversations with prospects.
- Work closely with customer success to provide marketing support for existing customers (e.g., co-creating a customer advisory board).
- Contribute to company-wide strategy and leadership as a member of the executive team.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a top-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Serve as a strong public voice and storyteller within the marketing community, sharing your own thought leadership on social media and other platforms.

Qualifications:
- Excellent people leadership skills, with the ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to quickly identify problems, structure solutions, gather relevant information, and formulate well-supported recommendations.
- Solid financial acumen: ability to measure the performance of different channels and appropriately target investments.
- Excellent collaboration skills: ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, business development, finance, product, and customer success.
- Experience with marketing for a high-growth enterprise SaaS company with high ACVs (>$100K).
- Proven ability to build and manage growing teams, instilling a positive culture to achieve results with accelerated delivery.
- Experience communicating about technically complex products to both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Familiarity with machine learning/AI, marketing/"front-office" software, and a strong network of senior marketing leaders is a plus.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $261,000-$267,000 per year, plus eligibility for additional bonuses and equity options. Our comprehensive benefits package includes generous PTO, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
