We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated VP of Finance to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As the VP of Finance, you will oversee the company's financial operations and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of finance professionals and work closely with other departments to drive financial success and contribute to overall corporate objectives.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible financial management experience, including experience in a leadership role In-depth knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills Proven ability to build and lead high-performing finance teams Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the facilities management industry is a plus Benefits City Wide Facility Solutions of San Diego is locally owned with the strength of a national franchise behind it.
