Job Description:
You'll own strategy, and execution, and manage the results of all things in terms of Digital, Performance, Product and Account Marketing for the Americas. This is an important and high-visibility role in which you will create, develop and execute all aspects with respect to Marketing!
Responsibilities:
- This would include planning & creating lead-generating activities, deploying email marketing campaigns, creating brand awareness via SEO & plan social media creatives aligned to our brand voice.
- You will be enabling and assisting the sales team to convert the leads.
- You will work closely with the marketing lead and content team to ensure our company's goals are met.
- Own the lead generation & revenue targets.
- Own the growth & roadmap , including identification of growth levers and channels.
- Formulate the strategy & Make data-driven decisions on allocation of marketing budgets, enabled by tracking CAC, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Establish and manage channels for organic long-term growth (including SEO, emails, events, partnerships, etc.).
- Design, execute, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across channels
Requirements:
- A great leader who can make a big impact and lead the growth of our business experience with at least 8+ years in a leadership role as a global marketing executive with a focus on Social media marketing, digital marketing, marketing research and analytics, customer marketing, brand, PR/AR. Past experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably with a growth-stage startup.
- Have an understanding of media planning in the digital advertising space and client requirements.

Other Details :
The company is registered in Canada. It will be a full-time employment. You will be working shifts as per Indian Standard Time. Your salary will be paid to you in INR.
