Liquidity Risk Project Manager is responsible for driving the Liquidity Risk program within the CRO for Finance organization, partnering closely with broader Risk Managers, Finance Treasury and Technology stakeholders. Requires prior experience with leading cross-functional, regulatory-driven programs within Risk or Finance. Strong candidate would have the excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.Responsibilities:Lead Program Manager, responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including development of integrated project plan across all program stakeholders.Contribute to the development of the program scope and implementation design, define RACI, KPIs and other measurements to ensure success of the project implementationPerforms business analysis to respond to regulatory and business questions and provide portfolio insightsPartners with Clients to understand and quickly respond to Client needs. Proactively seeks Client feedback to influence change throughout organization. work with business users to gather business requirements and draft and co-ordinate approval for Business Requirement Documents (BRD)Responsible for ongoing project tracking, status reporting and communications with project team and senior management. Appropriately assess risk, escalates issues and facilitates their resolution.Coordinate with Technology where ongoing systemic enhancements are required to enhance the existing process; aligned with annual tech investment process. .Qualifications:6+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferredKnowledge and expertise in Program Management, including Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others. Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
