Your Role and Impact:
As the VP & GM of Marketing Automation, you'll play a pivotal role in our Marketing Technology division, crafting the future of our marketing automation platform. You'll be responsible for the development and execution of a transformative agenda that enhances our marketing and sales initiatives, leveraging the full potential of our platform and integrating cutting-edge technologies from partners like Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.
You'll lead a dynamic, global team of product management, engineering, data, and operations professionals, driving innovation and operational excellence. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-impact products that meet our ambitious goals, with a keen eye on budget management, team dynamics, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the transformation of our marketing automation platform, utilizing our Data Cloud and CRM capabilities to deliver unparalleled efficiency and innovation.
Develop the Unified Profile, a comprehensive view of contacts, accounts, and engagements, enhancing our sales, marketing, and service strategies.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of marketing technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and strategic alignment to maximize value and minimize risk.
Champion data quality and partnerships to enrich our insights and drive successful go-to-market strategies.
Ensure operational excellence for our marketing automation initiatives, from sales territory assignments to compliance and data management.
Foster a high-performance culture within your team, emphasizing growth, development, and the achievement of career milestones.
Collaborate across departments to align on product development, technology strategies, and shared success metrics.
Represent our leadership in industry forums, demonstrating thought leadership and commitment to customer success.
What We Look For:
15-20+ years of experience in product management and technical leadership, with at least 10 years in a significant leadership role within technology organizations.
A proven track record of launching and scaling enterprise-grade products, especially in data platforms or marketing automation technologies.
Deep expertise in agile development practices and a history of driving product innovation and team growth.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging a wide range of audiences with compelling narratives about strategy, innovation, and success.
A collaborative spirit, able to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to travel (approximately 25%) for team management, events, and customer engagements.
