To be successful, the candidate needs to excel in highly collaborative, cross-functional and values-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement product strategies that align to PayPal and the Financial services organization's strategic objectives and ensure a cohesive and comprehensive vision across for financial services products.Product Development Lifecycle:Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch including research, design, development, and iteration.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with external partners (banks, bureaus, networks) and other external 3rd parties (Data, Identity and Platforms) as well as our internal teams like commercial, marketing, customer service, legal, risk, compliance and technology teams to ensure product success. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments.Strategic Planning:Participate in the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic planning processes, aligning projects and program roadmaps with the organization's overarching vision and OKR's. Ensure that all initiatives are strategically positioned to maximize their contribution to the company's long-term success.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Product Leaders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance excellence.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of Product Leaders across different geographies, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
