In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of our operations. You will be a strategic partner to the executive team and department heads, providing leadership and direction to ensure our operations are efficient, scalable, and compliant. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's ambitious growth plans. This position reports directly to the CEO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Enhance and execute the comprehensive operations strategy aligned with company goals and objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations across all functions, including account management, onboarding, transaction processing, customer support, and risk management. Lead and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Help to implement and optimize processes and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Develop and maintain strong internal controls and compliance procedures to mitigate risk and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and then drive operational excellence. Manage and optimize operational budgets and resources. Partner with other departments, such as Product, Compliance, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure operational alignment and support business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fintech operations to keep policies and procedures current. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in operations leadership, preferably within the financial services or fintech industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and scaling operations teams in a high-growth environment. Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, AML). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in implementing and optimizing operational processes and systems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of technology and its role in financial services. A passion for innovation and the fintech industry.
