Job Description
Solution Sales is on a journey to innovate across ServiceNow's go-to-market (GTM), delight our customers, and fuel our unparalleled climb to $20B. We're moving fast, and with this rapid scale and dynamic growth we're hiring a Global Workflow Leader to drive growth, scale and consistency and serve as the domain expert for our Technology Workflow GTM.

The Vice President, Emergent Solutions and Market Expansion will direct market success across a broad solutions portfolio comprised of multiple business units. Key focus areas will include driving the workflow growth strategy, expanding solution sales specialist capabilities and shaping cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline and capture market opportunities. They will oversee a global team of GTM experts. In addition, they will support solution market development, demand generation, and field enablement.
This leadership position comes with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing the business and driving lasting impact for the organization. The ideal candidate is a proven sales and GTM leader, expert at partnering with product leadership to build & grow businesses, superb relationship builder, and an intellectually curious individual who can develop trust with senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization. The candidate must be able to combine GTM expertise, product/market knowledge and sales GTM excellence to drive action and deliver results.

What you get to do as the Emergent Solutions and Market Expansion Sales Leader:

Build the critical cross-workflow businesses of ServiceNow: Establish the GTM model (which routes to market, which populations, what packaging), and manage the specialist selling team discreetly focused on those areas
Shape our approach and manage the in quarter and out quarter health for areas such as GBS, ERP and GenAI
Build the enablement and engagement plan for the broader field
Shape the ecosystem approach and build our partner practices for these areas in concert with the GPC team
Identify opportunities for inorganic acceleration and market creation and acceleration, covering franchises, partnerships and acquisitions. partner with the corporate M&A team to bring these to fruition
Thought leadership on the future GTM model for ServiceNow as we learn through these pioneering solutions

Qualifications
Qualifications:
15+ years' experience in sales, business development and GTM strategy
Proven enterprise software sales experience in a large, global matrixed sales organization. Experience in a specialist sales organization preferred.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders to build and grow businesses spanning a multi-BU product portfolio.
Deep sales, market and product knowledge relating to the Technology Workflow business.
Outstanding communication skills, ability to influence at all levels of the company.
Experience presenting to large internal and external audiences including customer & partner events.
Understanding of customer buying preferences, market dynamics and key drivers with ability to crafty and align sales GTM strategies accordingly.
A consistent track record of sales excellence; meeting and exceeding team quotas
Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high performing, high potential talent through assessing, selecting, onboarding, coaching, and developing.
A track record of managing teams in different geographical locations.
Superior knowledge and demonstrated skills of sales techniques, customer interaction, customers relations.
Strong forecasting and reporting capabilities with solid understanding of key financial metrics, ROI assessment and market insights analysis for near-term and long-term health of the business.
A proven and consistent track record selling to large enterprise level customers and established relationship at the C-suite level.
Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and time management skills.
Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams to share and follow defined best practices.
A self-starter with a "win as a team" approach
Global role or international experience is a plus.
