Responsibilities
• Communicate and plan floor design with store leadership• Design displays based on theme, style/trend, and advertising• Obtain accessories and optimize lighting to showcase merchandise• Arrange ticketing and signage to enhance presentation• Set-up, maintain, and remove displays according to trends• Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines• Develop accent sales and work within budget parameters• Prepare and present at retail meetings• Train others in design, fashion, and product trends• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years practical interior design or display merchandising experience• Interior design degree is a plus• Strong communication and organizational skills• Knowledge of design, fashion, and new product trends• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
