Responsibilities
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor management.• Develop and manage event budgets.• Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and participants.• Create and maintain event timelines.• Manage event marketing and promotion efforts.• Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Requirements
• Previous experience in event planning and coordination is a plus but not required.• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.• Creativity and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
