Responsibilities
• Serve as primary customer contact, providing premium concierge level service.• Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and online submissions.• Research and book domestic and international travel packages.• Work directly with top suppliers and become familiar with multiple booking engines.• Handle pricing and cost calculations for changes or additional trip fees.• Provide e-tickets and process credit card payments over the phone.
