Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We are currently seeking a compassionate Virtual Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a Virtual Outpatient Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups through our tele-health platform, all while working from the comfort of your own space.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and goals.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for clients.
Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and progress.
Uphold ethical guidelines and legal standards in all client interactions.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health counseling.
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for various mental health conditions.
Strong assessment skills with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
Knowledge of DSM criteria for accurate diagnosis.
Experience in addressing co-occurring disorders and conducting group therapy sessions.
Excellent time management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in addiction counseling or substance abuse treatment.
Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles.
Proficiency in data collection and outcome measurement tools.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Licensed or unlicensed therapists are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected Hours: No more than 40 per week
