Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team at CST Brands. As a Virtual Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work from home and support our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and email management.2. Conduct research and compile reports for various projects.3. Support team members with virtual meeting coordination and document preparation.4. Help with social media management and content creation.5. Handle basic customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.6. Assist with event planning and coordination.7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Strategic planning skills to help support team projects.5. Presentation skills to assist with virtual meetings.6. Must be reliable and driven to succeed in a virtual work environment.
