Job Description:
Loews is seeking a passionate and confident Virtual Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time, remote work position ideal for entry-level individuals with at least 1 year of experience. As a Virtual Assistant for Loews, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, helping us achieve success in a high-energy workplace focused on delivering impactful results.
Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed- Assist with email correspondence and phone calls- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations- Conduct research and compile data as required- Assist with social media management and content creation- Handle confidential information with discretion- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a similar role- Passionate and confident individual- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software- Strategic planning and creativity skills- Experience with remote work environments- Bachelor's degree preferred
