Responsibilities: Appointment Setting: Manage inquiries and coordinate bookings for appointments via phone, email, and our scheduling software, delivering a tailored and efficient setting process for our clients. Client Engagement: Connect closely with clients to comprehend their appointment needs and preferences, providing scheduling options that best match their schedules and specific requirements. Provider Relations: Develop and sustain strong connections with service providers to ensure the availability of preferred appointment slots and high-quality services for our clients. Scheduling Organization: Facilitate the creation of detailed schedules, making certain that all appointments are systematically arranged and in harmony with clients' comprehensive plans and preferences. Special Request Accommodation: Liaise with service providers to fulfill unique client requests, including arranging for preferred times or specific needs related to their appointments. Confirmation and Preparation: Guide clients through the specifics of their scheduled appointments, including any necessary preparatory steps and subsequent follow-up protocols. Feedback Collection and Process Enhancement: Solicit and analyze feedback from clients post-appointment to gauge their satisfaction levels and pinpoint areas for service enhancements. Requirements: High school diploma is required; further education in hospitality, travel, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Knowledge of hotel booking software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
