Handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. Assisting clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities, while providing expert guidance and recommendations. Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating closely with our travel experts to ensure each itinerary is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, striving to exceed their expectations at every turn. Contributing to the overall success of the agency by consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering positive client relationships. Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
