Operating in a dynamic environment, you will spearhead innovations in Manned/Unmanned Aircraft Open Architecture Integration, Digital Grid Software Solutions, and Digital RF Electromagnetic Systems.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic technological initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance and maintaining a competitive edge.
Craft and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
Lead the exploration and assessment of emerging technologies pertinent to aircraft integration, Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Big Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cryptographic Solutions, and Battlefield Network Communications Management.
Provide strategic guidance on technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions to strengthen our market position.
Technical Vision and Innovation:
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our Strategy and Technology teams.
Oversee the research and development of new technologies and techniques to enhance existing solutions or create new ones.
Lead R&D efforts to advance technologies and capabilities in Digital Grid, Digital RF, and Open Architecture Integration.
Advocate for the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to enhance product performance and maintain technological superiority.
Technical Talent Management:
Recruit, develop, and retain top technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to nurture the growth and expertise of the technology team.
Establish performance metrics and goals to assess team performance and drive continuous improvement.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
Collaborate with the Strategy and Business Development team to understand customer technology needs and requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering technical expertise and thought leadership on defense technologies and solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
15+ years of relevant experience in technology strategy, innovation, and implementation, preferably in the defense or aerospace industries.
Proven track record of leadership in technology organizations, with a focus on defense or aerospace.
Deep expertise in Electronic Warfare, Signals Intelligence, Big Data Analysis, Cryptographic Solutions, and Battlefield Network Communications Management.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
Preferred:
Demonstrated passion for ideation and innovation.
Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry or related fields.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
