We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, SOX Controls & Compliance II to join our SOX Controls & Compliance Team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA and is HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Lead and support junior team members in the execution of the test plan. Perform substantive and internal control testing procedures through periodic reviews of regulatory filings.With minimal guidance, assess business processes, identify control deficiencies and recommendations, and prepare work papers and documentation to support the annual assessment.. Support junior and senior team members by tracking the status of deficiencies; review remediation by process owners and deliver findings to leadership and management. Partner with key stakeholders in regulatory reporting to identify areas of regulatory reporting improvements, including identifying process enhancements and issues that require remediation.Actively participate and drive certain projects to be carried out on the enhancement of the Internal Controls over Regulatory Reporting framework that includes aspects related to overall governance, controls documentation, periodic reviews, user training etc.Demonstrate a breadth of knowledge of compliance and control and a thorough understanding of Auditing, Controls, and/or Regulatory Reporting.
