We're seeking a future team member for the role of VP – Sanctions Compliance & Controls to join our Global Sanctions Compliance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA; Lake Mary, FL – HYBRID.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Assist in the development of regulatory and internal audit responses/materials and participate in internal audit and regulatory exams.Manage sanctions global governance forum/committee, prepare and review materials submitted by Lines of Business / Corporate Functions, and perform follow-up with key stakeholders, as required.Work with Financial Crimes Compliance partners and third-party training vendor(s) to develop and review sanctions training materials and provide training to relevant teams.Review self-identified issues, perform check and challenge of reported details and track remediation plans and monitor deadlines with relevant issue owner(s).Update the sanctions risk assessment, sanctions country risk rating methodology and review/finalize the comprehensive qualitative write-up.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or higher accreditation5+ years of compliance experience, sanctions specific experience is preferred but not required.
