SUMMARY: The Vice President of Sales - LTO is responsible for managing and growing a team throughout the U.S. and overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of the team. Responsible for developing strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization in conjunction with the division President.
Essential Functions: Actively demonstrates the company values of SPIRITED. Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives. Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices. Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives, and meets organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with the division President. Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. Strong focus on strategic clients/markets. Implements approved distribution strategies. Manages multiple channel selling strategies. Builds, develops, and manages sales team capable of carrying out needed sales and service initiatives. Safeguards confidentiality of LTO clients, processes, and pricing. Manages and mediates effective company programs to coach, appraise, and train sales employees. Foster a culture grounded in accountability, teamwork, and passion for delivering results. Conducts weekly sales meetings with the sales team to review performance strategies and up-to-date results. Assists the sales employees in the field, on a daily basis; in establishing contact and building rapport with target customers. Collaborate with the division President to establish control budgets for work trips and sales events. Prepares and participates in weekly meetings with the division President and Executive team. Submits weekly reports to the division President. Performs other related duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Problem Solving/Analysis. Business Acumen. Strategic Thinking. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing, or similar field. 10 or more years of advanced experience in at least a Senior/Experienced Sales manager within a Legal Services company. Experience working in a multi-function, multi-geography environment preferred. Experience meeting and exceeding sales quotas and increasing responsibility over time. Proven experience designing, building, and managing discrete and/or end-to-end processes. Must work well independently. Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize. Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, dynamic work environment. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset. A strong desire to be a part of a growing business. Strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; team player attitude. MS Office and Sales software SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position oversees all Account Executives within the LTO division.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers whose first language is English.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS This position is remote. This position requires frequent travel.
