Company Description Job Description We are looking for a Vice President of Retail to lead across all aspects of our omni-enabled retail fleet, with responsibility for the strategic leadership and execution for all stores management, talent development, operational processes, and business deliverables for all Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brands across the EMEA region. The leader will set a strategic vision for our stores, ensuring ever-evolving and elevated, customer-led experiences are coupled with best-in-class operations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic organization, excels at connecting with people, drives business results and builds teams of people who are aligned to a purpose.This role is based in London and will report to the Managing Director of EMEA also based in London, England.What Will You Be Doing?Put the customer at the heart of all aspects of our stores to delight them with our brand experiences.Empower and motivate a high-performing field-based team to deliver best-in-class engagement levels, including cascading content and priorities so the team can thrive!Provide strategic direction to deliver constant evolution of all retail store operations from inception to delivery.Oversee work force planning and champion talent management and development.Leverage key retail metrics, identifying opportunities & risks and creating prioritized strategic initiatives to drive growth & business results.Shape and deliver channel 4-wall P&L budgets & forecasts considering tradeoffs that best deliver strategic priorities.Partner closely with real estate teams to validate & prioritize opportunities and ensure successful fleet development.Develop productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution across the full 360° landscape of retail-led initiatives with emphasis on marketing activations, product assortment, and digital / omni capabilities.As a member of the EMEA leadership team, actively participate in cross-functional EMEA playbook and go-to-market strategy as we expand across geographies and business models.What Do You Need To Bring?Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Retail Management in EuropeExperience working in an iconic, branded environment for an international organizationA collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brandLeads with confidence and a respectful approachSuccessful track record in building and maintaining relationshipsStrong orientation to quality, continuous improvement, and customer serviceExtreme curiosity and desire to learnExperience in working cross-functionally and dealing with ambiguityExcels under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settingsBachelors Degree or equivalentOur CompanyAbercrombie & Fitch Co.
