As the forefront leader of various programs, the ideal candidate will orchestrate project selection, design, development, coordination, evaluation, and the successful execution of business improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing operations across our network, reducing operating costs, and fostering growth through innovation and the application of best practices.
Serve as a technical authority on expansion projects, system upgrades, and technology evaluations to bolster business growth and performance.
Champion the integration of engineering, operations, business requirements, and Lean Six Sigma principles to achieve exceptional results.
Contribute to the senior leadership team, providing insights and strategies that align with our mission and business objectives.
Collaborate with senior staff to craft long-term strategies and prioritize key initiatives, ensuring the health and safety protocols are paramount.
Lead the monthly review of operations and initiatives, ensuring project milestones are met and driving continuous improvement.
Offer technical and strategic support to commercial and operations teams, evaluating new opportunities and technologies.
Maintain an acute understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.
