This role will be primary focused on growing our Business/Treasury Services banking and Escrow deposits.  The role is in New York and is eligible for flexible work arrangement.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Business/Treasury Services banking & Escrow clients, expand and maintain relationships with existing clients.Develop a deep understanding of our Business Banking, Treasury Services, and Escrow products and solutions.Collaborate with Private Bankers and Wealth Managers to proactively identify potential clients.Coordinate new business proposals and strategies with relationship managers for large, complex Business Banking, Treasury Services, and Escrow opportunities. Meet with clients to review capabilities, provide demos of digital banking capabilities, develop pro forma financials, and act as a subject matter expert.Lead the new account opening process with the client, operations and internal partners; ensure the client is successfully onboarded. Partner with the product team and operations to represent client feedback in the development and enhancements to the banking platform. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:Must have 4-6 years experience in the following:Business BankingTreasury ServicesEscrow Sales & OnboardingCash management experience is preferred Success developing new business with focus on prospecting utilizing strong selling and negotiation skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor Bachelor degree Possesses a "get-it-done" attitude – ability to get around roadblocks and stay focused on the vision.Organized, resourceful, attention to detail, and able to prioritize tasks. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $94,000 and $125,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
