We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Paper Products Product Owner to join our Treasury Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh PA, and Lake Mary, FL.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Defines roadmap and strategic vision for one of the Paper Products Agile "Pods" and ensures the pod's work is aligned with the overall Payments Enablement Platform and Risk Services Group's strategy and priorities.
Accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the pod.
Owns end-to-end of delivery on the pod's outcomes and ensures execution of the pod's roadmap towards objectives by supporting and coaching the pod's team to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the backlog and priorities.
Supports the pod in prioritization, management & decisioning of blockers and evaluates the impact of the pod's work against the individual sprint goals and product backlog.
Accountable for product specific business outcomes once the solution enters the production environment and communicates regularly to various stakeholders across the enterprise.
Translates business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for the pod.
Demonstrates expert-level domain expertise of the payment industry with a specific focus on Paper Products, a strong understanding of industry trends, financial services risks and regulatory landscape and banking operations.
Delivers high-impact results and experience with agile ways of working.
Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal.
Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items.
Ordering Product Backlog items
Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.
8-10 years of experience in providing product ownership or product management required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
