Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Power Engineering, you will be a key leader within our organization, responsible for steering client services, managing technical staff, overseeing engineering processes, and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the Power Engineering Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage our dedicated team, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Uphold and promote our core purpose and vision to clients, embodying the essence of our organization.
Enhance the technical reputation of our division, both internally and externally.
Spearhead technical promotions, acting as a key service line leader and subject matter expert.
Oversee workload forecasting and staffing to meet project demands.
Drive business development and sales initiatives in collaboration with our strategy team.
Ensure divisional efficiency and quality in technical work products.
Manage project risks and enforce business practices and quality procedures relevant to our technical endeavors.
Strategically manage division costs and project standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in industrial and/or utility power system design and construction.
A Professional Engineering license is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience managing technical teams.
Familiarity with a wide range of engineering disciplines and construction industry trends.
Exceptional skills in your technical discipline.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
