We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with a profound background in directed spend/flex benefit payment cards to join our team as we expand our Consumer Payments Payer business.
As the Vice President of Payer Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading a sales team dedicated to engaging health plans in directed spend/flex benefit payment card programs. Your responsibilities will include cultivating c-suite relationships, collaborating with Optum and UHG enterprise partners, and driving market development initiatives to propel the growth of Financial.
You will spearhead client discussions, showcasing Financial's capabilities, while also overseeing a team of sellers and solution consultants. Additionally, you will forge strategic partnerships with external distribution partners to broaden our reach and impact.
In close collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer for Optum Financial and other leaders across the enterprise, you will drive our growth agenda forward.
