The Vice President of Marketing will be a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for leading and executing the company's marketing strategy.This role involves managing external resources, such as marketing consulting firms and offshore creative support teams.Considerable cross-departmental collaboration and teamwork within the organization is required.

Responsibilities
• Lead the development of robust reporting systems to track key marketing metrics and performance indicators.• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover insights and trends that inform marketing strategies.• Regularly present data findings and insights to the executive team and operations team to guide strategic decision-making.• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy for the marketing department.• Establish and understand all data to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and lead cost.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with overall business objectives.• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.• Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to create data-driven marketing plans.• Oversee the creation of compelling, brand-consistent marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.• Ensure high-quality and consistent design standards across all channels.• Drive the social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.• Manage content creation, scheduling, and monitoring of social media platforms.• Develop pricing strategies, promotions, and campaigns to maximize revenue and profitability.• Monitor and analyze pricing effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.• Build and execute lead generation programs to drive sales and expand the customer base.• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing-generated leads are effectively converted.• Develop and implement corporate social responsibility communications and ESG material for investors and investment partners.• Communicate the company's commitment to ESG values to internal and external stakeholders.• Manage external resources, such as marketing consulting firms and offshore creative support teams, to optimize marketing capabilities.• Ensure that all marketing activities align with the company's vision and values.• Define and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, channels, and overall performance.• Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize marketing initiatives based on data-driven results.• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs against set goals.• Utilize data to identify and segment target audiences for personalized marketing campaigns.• Work with the marketing team to tailor messaging and content based on audience insights.• Evaluate, select, and implement marketing technology solutions that enhance data collection and analysis capabilities.• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate marketing systems with the broader technology infrastructure.• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in marketing analytics.• Manage all marketing functions within Yardi and Rent Cafe to include build out and maintenance of corporate and property websites.• Create marketing materials for investments meetings.• Develop the marketing pitch book.
Requirements
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, leadership, and team management skills.• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and strategic development abilities.• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.• Complete knowledge of marketing strategy, planning, application, and execution of marketing initiatives.• Thorough knowledge of marketing data analytics with proven track record of increased revenue generation through marketing programs and strategic planning.• Established an understanding of ESG principles and the integration of ESG into marketing strategies.• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required and a MBA or MA/MS in marketing preferred.• 5-8 years of general marketing experience with displayed career growth required with a high preference for multi-family real estate experience.• 5+ years of experience as a VP of marketing or a senior marketing leadership role.• Experience in managing external marketing resources, marketing consultants, and offshore creative teams.
