Work Location: You must live in one of the following US States to be considered for this position: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.
Who we're looking for... BombBomb is looking for a brand-building, storytelling, lead-generating, data-leveraging, growth-marketing leader. We seek an individual that is results-oriented with a demonstrated history of executing a GTM plan and driving enterprise B2B growth and profitability. We need someone who is passionate, scrappy and innovative and knows how to use data to make decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong background leading all marketing efforts at a high growth company and is able to work closely with our internal teams and customers to assist in maximizing our potential.
This person will report to the President & COO and will work closely with the executive team. Furthermore, this individual will partner with sales, customer success, product marketing, product management, and operations to build a qualified sales pipeline, while clearly communicating the company's value proposition to current clients and prospects. 
Specific responsibilities include campaign ideation and execution, allocating marketing budget against GTM priorities, identifying, building and developing campaign audience targets and persona-based messaging, determining the right tactical mix, designing compelling offers and calls to action, and setting campaign and individual program goals/measurement criteria and providing regular leadership updates on campaign success.  This role will also manage agency relationships.  
What you will do... Drive all aspects of the marketing efforts in order to create an integrated, full funnel marketing strategy across multiple channels (inbound, outbound, events, thought leadership, PR, website/digital) that produces ARR Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts, ensure lead quality, and drive revenue growth Define and measure key marketing metrics to track progress against goals and make data-driven decisions Leveraging PLG methodologies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, and implementing strategies to encourage growth Create scalable approaches to increase revenue growth, driving all inbound / outbound lead gen efforts and planning, executing, and measuring results Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and maximized returns Utilize market research, customer insights, and analytics to guide marketing decisions and optimize ROI Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to ensure BombBomb remains at the forefront of video email solutions Build and manage a high-functioning and data-driven enterprise B2B marketing team across multiple disciplines and levels Track and report out to leadership on key metrics and performance indicators such as conversion rates and attribution relative to viable sales pipeline Craft and sustain KPIs that each functional area of the Marketing team needs to execute effectively within the context of the larger functional goals Build forecasts and projections that relate to the expected ROI on marketing campaigns, traffic and user acquisition, and other areas of marketing that require robust and rigid financial analysis Work with the BI team to extrapolate insights and turn those insights into an actionable strategy that marketing team can leverage to create marketing initiatives Manage responsible investment and resource allocation (headcount and budget) across the marketing leadership in partnership with COO & CFO. Help facilitate effective training on Marketing-related topics in order to ensure all of the relevant stakeholders are properly educated on how to infuse the best marketing tactics into their content, initiatives, and products to maximum impact Act as a high-level project manager to all of the marketing-related initiatives Ensure the team is maximizing the impact of all campaigns by maintaining organized playbooks, automated systems, and dashboards which track success/failure and learnings Work with website resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing Manage end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales and marketing operations, including lead capture, lead scoring and nurturing via portfolio marketing, and service-level agreements (lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable) Manage outside vendors that contribute to demand creation programs including direct marketing agencies, search engine optimization (SEO) experts, display and retargeting advertising, designers, copywriters, email providers and list brokers Juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations How you'll do it... Embody BombBomb's core values: Relationships, Fun, Humility, Flexibility and Service Our ideal candidate will be or have… Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience (10+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully scaling revenue via marketing efforts in high-growth environments Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams Expertise in various marketing disciplines: digital, content, product, brand, PR, and more Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and performance measurement Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, leading through change and ambiguity Effective communicator who drives constructive dialogue within a highly cross-functional team environment to move business forward Highly comfortable in a small to midsize company environment; able to both strategically lead teams/agencies as well as roll up the sleeves to get the job done Strong understanding of technology and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging Quantifiable lead generation through strong demand generation and outbound / inbound efforts; proven track record in directly contributing to revenue, not just top-line leads Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy to resolve sensitive matters Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives effectively Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and SaaS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent team-building skills Strong decision-making skills Sense of urgency in everything they do Your unique strengths - if you don't match everything we're looking for, tell us why you'd be a great fit in your cover letter.  Compensation: The total compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. The total compensation for this position is a mix of base salary and bonus.
