As VP of HR, you'll be at the forefront of our strategic initiatives, collaborating with senior leaders to align HR strategies with our business goals. From talent management to compliance, employee engagement to succession planning, you'll have a hand in every aspect of our HR operations.

Requirements:
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term mission and goals, driving effective talent management strategies.
Develop and execute overall HR strategy in alignment with company mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Lead, develop, and grow a team of HR professionals to enhance capabilities and cultivate a culture of trust and ownership.
Strengthen HR policies and practices to facilitate business expansion and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, designing and deploying innovative campaigns and assessment tools.
Oversee HR operations and payroll across multiple states and international locations.
Design and implement Total Rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Drive organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives to enrich organizational culture and productivity.
Develop a roadmap for HR systems and technology implementation to automate vital HR operations and ensure scalability.
