We are on the lookout for an experienced Human Resources Professional to take on the pivotal role of Vice President of Human Resources. With a dedicated team of 200 employees, we extend our expertise across 44 countries, designing, manufacturing, selling, and servicing top-notch equipment.
Your Role:
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will provide executive-level leadership and vision to both the organization at large and the HR department in particular. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive and effective corporate culture that aligns with our core values, alongside developing and implementing top-tier talent management processes. You will spearhead employee-relations initiatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and morale, playing a key role in maintaining our position as a market leader through innovative HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the HR team, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the organization's goals.
Act as a senior advisor, contributing valuable insights on business and managerial decisions.
Cultivate an employee-friendly culture that values excellence, with a focus on recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance.
Oversee the design and administration of benefit programs, ensuring they align with company objectives and values.
Lead the development and execution of competitive compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, succession planning, and employee incentive programs.
Guide the HR aspects of recruiting, organizational development, coaching, and more, ensuring a streamlined and effective process.
Manage direct reports within the HR department, setting the direction, workload, and processes to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
A minimum of ten years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in HR and Corporate strategy, benefits administration, compensation, payroll, labor law, and employment for the manufacturing environment.
Professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities.
Strong reasoning abilities, a high degree of confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Resourcefulness, excellent organizational skills, and a high energy level.
