Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through innovative culinary strategies.
Inspire and lead our culinary and F&B teams to deliver excellence.
Collaborate closely with F&B leadership to design and execute unique dining experiences.
Elevate banquet events in partnership with our Catering Sales team.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into our offerings.
Ensure operational excellence and adherence to financial goals.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Maintain brand standards and oversee menu updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and significant experience required.
Minimum 8 years of full-service hotel experience in F&B leadership.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Hilton and Marriott tools.
Attention to detail and strategic planning abilities.
