Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with our Sales Team to develop and implement robust business development strategies, aimed at enhancing our market position in dewatering.
Forge strategic partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and work towards achieving growth objectives alongside the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of top-tier talent within the Environmental Trenching division, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Craft and oversee sales training initiatives that empower our staff to reach their full potential, aligning with the company's broader sales goals.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs, ensuring our team adapts and thrives in a competitive landscape.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, driving the successful closure of strategic business opportunities.
Ensure operational excellence in project execution, from national initiatives to branch-specific ventures, guaranteeing client satisfaction and financial success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in sales or operations management within the construction industry.
Proficient with PC software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost estimation, and contract negotiations.
Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
