We require a financial expert who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary changes to help increase revenue. You will be in charge of accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal,property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.Our ideal candidate will have years of team management experience, preferably in hospitality, as well as a finance degree. If you are ready to demonstrate your leadership abilities by overseeing daily accounting operations apply now!Responsibilities:Monitoring and controlling of the entire accounting function as per accounting standards.Manage bank accounts and bank relationships and compliance.Represent the Company with bankers and investors.Dealing with the Bank / Finance Institutions for the existing credit facilities, further credit facilities for the future expansions of the group.
