Your Role:
As the Vice President of Commercial Operations for North America, you will be instrumental in steering the North American branch towards significant, sustainable growth. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets and gross margin objectives across our diverse customer base. This includes expanding our customer base and ensuring the successful implementation of agreements across various regions and business units.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the North American sales team and oversee the account management strategy.
Develop strategic plans for assigned customer segments, including account plans and annual sales strategies.
Oversee all sales planning aspects, such as volume, margin, staffing, productivity, and contribution margin, to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Deliver commercial business results quarterly, ensuring alignment with overall goals.
Spearhead the introduction of new services, digital offerings, and solutions across the commercial organization.
Manage weekly sales cadence, focusing on secured volume and price projections for the North American commercial operations.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in the retail industry or a related field, with a strong emphasis on sales.
Proven track record in sales and account management, with a deep understanding of the relevant tools and processes.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and a strategic mindset.
Strong business acumen, with experience managing profit and loss statements.
Ability to thrive in a matrixed organizational structure.
