This role could be based in Pittsburgh, PA OR Lake Mary, FL office; and will fall under the Working Together model (3 days a week in office).In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectationsLeads team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clientsProvide strong client governanceFocus on continuous service improvements across all products and servicesDevelop a thorough understanding of clients' business and modelTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelors degree or the equivalent 6-10 years of work experienceExperience in servicing clients in the insurance, corporate or financial industryExcellent written and verbal communication skills requiredAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
