Job DescriptionCiti Securities Services is seeking aBusiness Management Vice Presidentto join their Business Execution and Management Office. This individual will support the day-to-day planning and execution of business management and productivity deliverables and have direct involvement in executing initiatives that:- Elevate employee connectivity and engagement- Build Securities Services brand and credibility- Present insights and visibility to senior leadershipTheBusiness Management Vice Presidentwill work closely with the Securities Services' Business Execution and Management Office. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment, be a critical and creative thinker, have an acute eye for detail and possesses a strong bias for action and willingness to jump in and get things done.Responsibilities:- Be a part of the Business Management team that centrally provides business management coverage for Securities Services- Business management that includes, but not limited to, headcount tracking, budget, expense management, senior management presentations, and business analytics- Broad range of daily assignments and long-term projects- Partner with key stakeholders across the business and functions- Present work by synthesizing key findings and recommendations into clear and succinct presentations for senior leadership- Ensure accuracy, clarity and consistency of communications, reflecting strategic messaging and broader firm objectives with consideration to compliance- Assist on ad hoc priority business management deliverables as neededQualifications:- 3-7 years of experience with financial products and services- Bachelor's degree- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Business Strategy, Management & Administration------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Business Administration------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$142,320.00 - $213,480.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
