Vice President, Business Analyst

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Vice President, Business Analyst in New York, New YorkBuild trade surveillance reports to meet internal and external regulatory requirements. Coordinate with theCompliance Business Unit (BU) team to determine issues with data. Determine enhancements that improve the quality of existing programs. Review and prioritize JIRA requests from the Compliance BU team. Define the scope of JIRA requests and implement strategies to complete the requests. Conduct daily review of team members. Conduct risk management by identifying risks and creating remediation plans. Facilitate collaboration and communication for Quality Assurance testing and UAT testing.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will bebetween $159,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualizedbasis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the position offered or seven (7) years as an Associate, Business Analyst, Software Engineer or a related occupation. Requires seven (7) years of experience with: interacting with global stakeholders; identifying and mitigating risks and forecasting possible IT solutions; project management; Agile methodology; SQL.
