Responsibilities
• Assist Veterinarian and surgical team with triage of patients• Prepare patients for surgery and ensure efficient surgery flow• Monitor patients throughout all stages of care before, during, and after surgery• Post-surgery cleanup and maintenance• Possess organizational, communication, and customer service skills• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy workplace environment• Ability to stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours/day)• Ability to communicate orally and in writing• High School diploma or equivalent required• Prefer 1-2 years of veterinary or animal care experience
