About the Role
As the Vendor Marketing Manager at Exclusive Networks, you will serve as the central figure for all marketing endeavors in the United States concerning a designated portfolio of vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively coordinate the planning and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives in alignment with business objectives. This entails close collaboration with vendors, ExN Vendor Managers, Sales Account Managers, Business Development teams, and Sales Engineering to identify partners, drive lead generation, and foster enduring partnerships.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will:
Develop quarterly marketing plans aligned with both vendor and Exclusive Networks' objectives, focusing on partner recruitment, demand generation, and engagement programs.
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and other departments to deploy channel marketing strategies aimed at expanding sales through various initiatives, including MDF activities, promotions, and programs.
Concentrate on net new partner recruitment and lead generation efforts for aligned vendors.
Participate in sales and marketing meetings and events.
Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns using NetSuite and other tools, collecting campaign data, analyzing strategies, and reporting results accurately.

Your key objectives will include:
Planning, creating, and executing multi-touch campaigns that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strong ROI.
Ensuring all channel activities maintain Exclusive Networks' corporate value-add messaging consistently.
Managing vendor funding requirements, executing approved programs, ensuring compliance, and effectively managing budgets and documentation.
Developing vendor marketing launch strategies, checklists, and timelines in collaboration with corporate or local marketing teams.
Crafting campaigns to expand existing business and recruit new partners to drive revenue and meet quarterly marketing objectives.
Maintaining certification requirements.
About You
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
Previous experience in distribution marketing.
Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing, vendor alliances, and/or vendor marketing management.
Demonstrated expertise in channel marketing strategies within a related field.
Familiarity with MDF/Co-Op/partner portal and Proof of Performance processes, with a track record of meeting quarterly deadlines consistently.
Experience with Eloqua is advantageous.
Strong multitasking abilities with a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset, dedicated to building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and partners.
Ability to make timely decisions aligned with Exclusive Networks' values and objectives.
Working Conditions
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA.
Remote work is available.
Exempt Salary: $130,000-$150,000 OTE.
Travel may be required.
