Ux Researcher - Remote

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Remote UX Researcher to join our team. As a vital member, you will play a key role in shaping user experiences through research, strategy, and design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in a user experience role, including UX research and strategy
Proven experience in planning, conducting, and summarizing user research and design workshops
Proficiency in tools such as Dovetail, Lookback, Validately, Qualtrics, or Miro
Excellent presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
Degree in Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or similar field
Experience in HVAC or manufacturing industries
Familiarity with web and mobile design in an agile environment
Ability to collaborate with UX research and design agencies
Expertise in creating and testing information architectures and micro-copy
Knowledge of graphic design best practices including color theory and brand standards
Proficiency in wireframing and interactive prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe XD, Omnigraffle, or Balsalmiq
Strong quantitative research skills
Micro-copy experience
Responsibilities:
Conduct 80% user experience research and analysis
Perform 20% strategic user experience tasks
Test designs and provide feedback to ensure they meet user needs
Understand the needs of dealers and develop digital tools to support them
Conduct User Experience/Usability Research
