We are currently seeking a UX Lead Designer - Remote to join our team in United States (US) .
Requirements: 8-10 years of overall UX User experience design experience. Demonstrated Expertise with Design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin is a must. Experience with interaction design is a plus. Must have experience in HealthCare domain. Experience in other domains will be a plus. Expertise in creating wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, journey maps, user research, usability testing, and information architecture. Experience working on web/responsive web/mobile interface design. Working knowledge and understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience with agile development methodologies. Experience with mentoring other designers and leading a team of UX Architects and Visual Designers. Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices. Self-starter that can work both independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening). Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities. Knowledge of international and accessibility design considerations. Bachelor's or equivalent degree in design, fine arts, or related subject.
