Trimble loves UX and our teams are growing.The Architecture & Design Division at Trimble is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer.About the position:As the Senior UI/UX design lead, you will have ownership over user research, design, and usability testing for new and existing feature integrations for SketchUp's premiere 3D modeling and 2D documentation products for design professionals. You will be working with a dynamic team of product managers, developers, and other UI/UX Designers within a fast-paced Agile environment to design and deliver seamless and delightful workflows for SketchUp's customers.What you will be asked to do:Inform vision and strategy- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to recognize potential avenues for product improvement and growth. Develop captivating product visions that not only bring value to customers but also align with business objectives and strategies.Communicate and Collaborate- Cultivate a culture of openness and collaboration around design, encouraging Product Managers, Designers, and Developers to work together in tackling challenges. Harness a variety of viewpoints and concepts to drive the creation of more impactful solutions..Design for Scale- Create elegant experiences that solve complex problems for a myriad customers across multiple products and platforms while maintaining consistency by leveraging Trimble's existing design systemPrototype, Test, Iterate- Be comfortable working in low fidelity and high fidelity, testing, learning, and iterating on designs.
