Please note that Career Gateway temporary positions do not have benefits, annual leave, or sick leave accrual . Pay Rate: $17.98/hour Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. Length of Job: Approximately one month starting in July 2024. The Educational Program Associate will be reporting to the Educational Program Coordinator and provide support for the Office of Ombuds Services (OOS) educational programming and outreach events.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support for marketing and awareness efforts Scheduling events Registering participants Preparing materials for events Providing assistance during workshops and events The person in this position will also support the Educational Program Coordinator by collecting, entering, and analyzing data related to OOS educational programs and outreach events and contribute to OOS annual report preparation. JOB SKILLS: Knowledge of general university operations. Knowledge of social media marketing. Knowledge in data collection and analysis of descriptive data.
