Specific Responsibilities Work Schedule Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Availability to work in the summer. Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist students by determining their advising needs - use of forms, meet with advisor, etc., answer telephones, data entry, filing, duplication, mailings, processing forms, and running errands. Must be self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision. Must maintain confidentiality.
