The manager would be responsible for all aspects of used car sales and management, including purchasing, sales, customer service, and overseeing operations related to used car inventory.Compensation & BenefitsCompensation is between $120000 and $180000 per year and is paid semimonthly. The Used Car Manager is also eligible for additional benefits and incentives offered by Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc, including 401K savings plan, health and dental insurance, paid vacation and holidays, flexible working hours, and other benefits.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of used car sales and managementPurchase used cars from outside sources- auctions, individuals, and outside dealershipsManage daily logistics operations of the used car departmentDevelop and implement sales strategies and inventory management plansWork with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive buying experienceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of motor vehicles and industry trendsOversee team of sales and service techniciansRequirementsProven experience as a Used Car Manager for a minimum of 5 yearsIn-depth understanding of various used car purchasing and sales strategiesKnowledge of the car buying and leasing processEffective communication, negotiation, leadership, and management skillsAbility to problem-solve quickly in high-pressure situationsCurrent valid driver's licenseEEOC StatementJoe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
